We’re (I’m) back (kinda)! For the first episode in nearly one hundred years, I interviewed my good friend and In a Daydream bandmate, Danny VanZandt. His new album “Proust in the Kitchen with the Wooden Spoon!” is now streaming everywhere, and I think it’s his most personal work from a lyrical POV, while also having an air of storytelling that makes some of the songs feel like they could be about anybody. We deep dive into the writing process and meaning behind almost every song, while reprising the good old fashioned Invite The Neighbors silliness.
